Matzo Meal Roll Mix

Matzo Meal Roll Mix allows for easy and quick preparation of delicious and soft rolls, especially suitable for Passover. The mix contains no preservatives or artificial colors.

Preparation Instructions:
1. Mix the contents of the package with 1 cup (200 ml) of boiling water.
2. Add 2 eggs one at a time, stirring until a uniform mixture is obtained.
3. Let the mixture rest for 5–7 minutes.
4. Wet your hands and form balls.
5. Place on a greased baking tray or in muffin tins.
6. Bake at medium heat (180°C) for 25–30 minutes.
