Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days of order receipt and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Eligible for Return:

  • Defective products

  • Items that do not match the order

Conditions:

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Item must be unused

  • Perishable goods cannot be returned unless defective

Return Process:

  • Contact customer service with order number, product details, and reason for return.

  • Return methods:

    • Pickup (by arrangement)

    • In-store return

  • Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or credit will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Limitation of Liability

The store is only liable for direct damages resulting from clear store errors (e.g., physical damage, defective product).

The store is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including:

  • Loss of income

  • Emotional distress

  • Delays outside our control (traffic, unexpected demand)
