Use of the website is subject to the following terms:

3. Shipping Policy
The store commits to delivering orders within the following timeframes:

Dubai: Delivery within 24 hours of payment.

Abu Dhabi: Delivery within 48 hours, subject to courier availability.

Other Emirates: Delivery time will be coordinated directly with the customer based on location.

We strive to meet delivery deadlines, but delays may occur due to high demand, weather, or logistical issues.

Products may be added or removed up to 15 minutes before shipment dispatch.

Once a shipment has left, the order cannot be canceled.
Order Cancellations:

Perishable/frozen items – Full order charge applies.

Dry goods only – Customers are liable for delivery fee only.
Returns of Defective Items:

Customers must photograph the item before returning and obtain team approval. Without documentation, the customer assumes responsibility.
Wrong Item Shipped:

If due to store error – the store bears the return cost.

If due to customer error – the customer bears the return cost.
Out-of-Stock Items:

We will contact the customer to offer a substitute or a full refund for that item.
Shipping Costs:

Dubai (within 30 km): AED 30
-
Abu Dhabi: AED 50

Other Emirates: Price based on location, coordinated directly with the customer.

The store reserves the right to add fees for remote areas or oversized/heavy packages.
Delivery Instructions:

The courier will call before arrival. If there is no response, the package will be left at the door and the customer assumes responsibility.

Hotel deliveries are subject to hotel policies and are not the store’s responsibility.
Variable Weight Products:

Final charge will be calculated upon order collection based on actual weight, even if there's a slight deviation from the website price. Customers will be notified of significant changes when possible.
4. Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns are accepted within 3 days of order receipt and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Perishable goods cannot be returned unless defective

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or credit will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Limitation of Liability
The store is only liable for direct damages resulting from clear store errors (e.g., physical damage, defective product).
The store is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including:

Emotional distress

Delays outside our control (traffic, unexpected demand)
The customer confirms they have read and understood this limitation.
6. Friday Market Policy
The Shabbat catering service is available by pre-order from Tuesday to Friday at 10:00 AM.

Orders placed after this deadline will be fulfilled if possible, but not guaranteed.

Deliveries are made between Thursday evening and Friday, without an exact time guarantee.
-
If the customer is not available, they bear the consequences.
-
Missing items will be refunded only, with no additional compensation, even for key products.

Friday Market food cannot be returned.

Cancellation is allowed until Friday at 10:00 AM, only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Hotel deliveries are subject to hotel policies and are not the store’s responsibility.
